TWP Nutrition is a UK sports nutrition brand built around a simple idea: proven ingredients, dosed properly, without sacrificing taste. Rather than chasing trend ingredients, TWP focuses on getting the fundamentals right — protein, hydration, pump, and recovery — each formulated to be used daily, not just on big training days.
The range at a glance
- All The Whey Up — TWP's flagship whey blend, 23g protein per serving across 9 flavours, designed to double as a standalone shake or an add-in for oats, Cream of Rice, and smoothies.
- Vari V2 — A high-dosed pump/vasodilation formula (7g L-Citrulline, 5g GlycerSize) built for lifters chasing pumps and mind-muscle connection, usable stim-free or stacked with a pre-workout.
- SWEAAT — Combines EAAs with hydration/electrolytes, aimed at intra-workout sipping or longer training sessions where you need both amino acids and fluid replacement.
- Endure EAA's — A standalone essential amino acid formula for recovery and muscle protein synthesis support between meals or around training.
- Creatine Monohydrate — Available in 500g and 1kg sizes, straightforward micronised creatine monohydrate for daily strength and power support.
Who TWP suits
The range works well as a full daily stack — whey for protein, creatine for strength, EAAs/SWEAAT for training days, Vari V2 for anyone chasing pumps without relying on stimulants. It's a good fit if you want fewer brands to juggle across your supplement routine rather than picking single stand-out products from many different companies.
