How to use
Take 2 capsules daily with water, ideally earlier in the day. Assess your tolerance first by starting with 1 capsule. Do not exceed the recommended serving. Do not take it late in the day, as the caffeine can affect sleep.
Important
High caffeine content (250mg per serving). Not suitable for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people sensitive to caffeine. Do not use if you have a heart condition, high blood pressure or are taking medication, unless advised by your doctor.
