How fast is delivery from Insight Supps?
Orders placed before 1pm are dispatched the same day with next day delivery across the UK. We're based in Shipley, West Yorkshire, so all orders ship from the UK — no import delays.
Is delivery free?
Yes — spend over £80 and shipping is free. Below that threshold, standard delivery charges apply at checkout.
Are your supplements genuine and authorised stock?
Yes. We stock genuine products directly from brands including Naughtyboy, Strom Sports, Musclesport USA, Conteh, Medi-Evil, VMI Sports and TWP Nutrition. Every item sold on Insight Supps is authentic.
Can I trust the reviews on your product pages?
Yes. All reviews are collected through Lipscore from verified customers who've actually purchased and used the product — no fake or incentivised reviews.
Do you ship internationally?
No — we currently ship UK only.
What's your returns policy?
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Full details and how to start a return are on our Refund Policy page.

Shipping
Yes we do, however due to Brexit right now things are on pause.
If you order before 1pm on a working day (Monday-Friday) you will receive it the next working day.
We only use DPD Local, we have tried many carries and they are definitely the fastest and most reliable.
Product
If your product is unopened and you would like to return then that is fine. However if there is a manufacturer error with the product when it is opened we will accept the return and send a replacement.
In the majority of cases, clumping is totally fine, Especially with pre workouts that contain Glycerol and Citrulline.
