Overview

PER4M PUMP is a stim-free pre-workout built for big pumps and consistent performance, all without caffeine. It's ideal if you train in the evening, are sensitive to stimulants, or want to stack it with a stim pre-workout.

10g L-Citrulline for blood flow and muscle fullness
3g Taurine
500mg VitaCholine™ (choline bitartrate)
500mg pink Himalayan salt for sodium
50mg AstraGin®
Zero caffeine, so you can stack it with stim-based pre-workouts
Includes 3g GlycerSize™ per serving for hydration, volume and vascularity

Glycerol-based ingredients absorb moisture, which is why many pump formulas end up clumping in the tub. PER4M PUMP gets round that by supplying GlycerSize™ as a separate formula, included free with every tub. Add it alongside your PUMP serving for fuller-looking, more vascular muscles and better hydration, without the clumped powder.

GlycerSize™ is a premium glycerol formula that helps draw water into the muscle, keeping you full and vascular through your session.

Run out of GlycerSize™? Top up with Per4m GlycerSize Powder. Want energy as well as pumps? Stack it with Per4m Pre Workout. See all non-stim pre-workouts or read our Complete Pre-Workout Guide.
