Description
When to take
Consume 30-45 minutes before your workout. The reason for taking in this time period is that caffeine peaks around 60 minutes so you get the benefits during your actual workout. With the caffeine version this is less of any issue so it can be used closer to your workouts if needed.
The caffeine-free version can also be used as an intra-workout during longer workouts. Sip on it and make sure to finish by 30 minutes before the end of your session.
How long until I see benefits?
This is a product that you will see immediate benefits as the ingredients used all work acutely. It is one of the reasons we don't have ingredients such as Creatine and Beta-alanine in here as they require saturation of a few weeks to see results.
How to take
Use one level scoop 32g in 300ml water and shake/mix well. You can take with more or less water depending on preference. It can also be stacked with our Performance Hydration, Creatine and/or Beta-alanine.
You can take this before all training sessions or those that are higher volume and higher intensity such as endurance workouts, full body training days or ones where you feel more fatigued going into them
