How to Use
Take 4 capsules a day, ideally about 2 hours before training. If that doesn't fit your routine, take them at any time of day. Consistency matters most. For an event, start at least 4 weeks beforehand.
Warning: contains mushroom extracts and nitrates from beetroot. Do not use if you are allergic to mushrooms, or if you take blood pressure, nitrate or PDE5-inhibitor medication, except on the advice of a doctor. Beetroot may temporarily colour urine pink.
Food supplements should not replace a varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Not suitable for under-18s or pregnant or breastfeeding women. Consult your doctor before use if you take medication or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children.
