How to Use

Take the contents of one packet a day with water, ideally with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Warning: contains vitamin D3 and iron. Do not take with other vitamin D supplements unless advised by your doctor. Consult your doctor before use if you take blood-thinning medication.
