Defib Proven Edition is a limited-edition release that combines the full stimulant and focus system of Defib with the pump and performance formula of Proven. Each 34g serving packs 12g citrulline malate, 4g beta-alanine, 3g L-tyrosine, 3g taurine and 2.5g betaine, plus Oxystorm®, PeptiPump™, pomegranate extract and Peak ATP®.
It's strong. One serving contains 400mg caffeine, so it's aimed at experienced users with a high stimulant tolerance. If you're newer to pre-workouts, start with Defib, which lets you begin at one scoop.

How to Use
Mix one serving (34g, two scoops) with 350–500ml of water and drink 20–30 minutes before training. Do not take more than one serving in 24 hours.
High caffeine content (400mg per serving). Not suitable for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or anyone sensitive to caffeine. Do not combine with other sources of caffeine. Do not use within 5 hours of sleep.
