Overview

Conteh Sports Conviction Elite is Conteh's most powerful pre-workout yet. It builds on the original Conviction with four new ingredients, for lifters who have outgrown standard pre-workouts and want more energy, sharper focus and a stronger mind-muscle connection.

• Energy: 350mg caffeine anhydrous plus TeaCrine® and juniper berry extract
• Pumps and performance: 6g citrulline malate, 3.2g beta-alanine and 2.5g betaine
• Focus: 1.5g L-tyrosine and VitaCholine®
• 30 servings per tub

How to Use

Mix 1 scoop with 200–300ml of water and drink 20–30 minutes before training. If you're new to high-stim pre-workouts, start with half a scoop. Never exceed 1 scoop a day. Beta-alanine can cause a harmless tingling sensation.

Caffeine notice: high caffeine content (350mg per serving) with additional stimulants. Not suitable for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or anyone sensitive to caffeine. Avoid taking within 6 hours of bed and do not combine with other caffeinated products.
