Combat Fuel Dynamite is an extremely potent pre-workout developed with strongman Graham Hicks. It's designed for PR attempts and the big sessions where you need everything you've got.

• Pumps and performance: 6g citrulline malate, 3.2g beta-alanine and 2.5g betaine
• Focus: 1.5g N-acetyl L-tyrosine plus choline
• Energy: caffeine anhydrous and Infinergy™ (di-caffeine malate), balanced with L-theanine

• Citrulline malate 2:1: 6,000mg
• Beta-alanine: 3,200mg

• Caffeine anhydrous: 300mg
• Infinergy™ (di-caffeine malate): 150mg

How to Use

Start with half a scoop in 250–300ml of cold water 20–30 minutes before training to assess tolerance. Experienced users can take a full scoop. Never exceed 1 scoop a day. Beta-alanine can cause a harmless tingling sensation.

Caffeine notice: very high caffeine content (over 400mg per scoop). Not suitable for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or anyone sensitive to caffeine. Avoid taking within 6 hours of bed and do not combine with other caffeinated products.
