Per4m Hydrate is a sugar-free electrolyte powder for training, hot weather or any day you need more than plain water. Each 7g scoop supplies potassium, magnesium and sodium, with 2g of taurine, 500mg of Cocomineral® (a powdered coconut water extract) and Aquamin F, a marine-derived mineral complex. There's also a little elderberry extract and pink Himalayan salt.
The powder is easy to mix: stir one scoop into 400ml of water and it's ready. It comes in refreshing, sweet-and-sour flavours, so it's an easy way to drink more through the day, during training or afterwards. It has no sugar and almost no calories, so it suits diet phases as well.
Potassium contributes to normal muscle function and the normal functioning of the nervous system. Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance, normal muscle function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

How to use
Mix 1 level scoop (7g) with 400ml of cold water and shake or stir well. Drink it before, during or after exercise, or sip it through the day. Do not exceed the recommended serving.
Ingredients
Taurine, potassium citrate, Cocomineral®, magnesium citrate, Aquamin F, pink Himalayan salt, elderberry extract, malic acid, flavouring, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), sweetener (sucralose). Note- Lemon Sherbert Fizz contains colouring E122 which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
