Defib is HR Labs' all-in-one stimulant pre-workout, built for people who train hard and read labels. At the full two-scoop serving you get 8g citrulline malate, 3.2g beta-alanine and 2.5g betaine, the core trio for pumps and high-intensity work. On top of that there's 500mg PeptiPump™ (a lentil protein hydrolysate used for blood flow) and a layered energy and focus system: caffeine, Citicoline, Sabroxy® and SalidroPure™.
One scoop gives you half the formula and 200mg caffeine, so you can start low and build up to two scoops (400mg caffeine) once you know your tolerance.

Ingredients: Citrulline Malate 2:1, Beta Alanine, Betaine Anhydrous (Trimethylglycine), Taurine, Acetyl-L-Carnitine, Flavouring, Anti-Caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid or Malic Acid), Juniper Berry Extract, Citicoline (Cytidine 5'-Diphosphocholine), PeptiPump™ (Lentil [Lens culinaris] Protein Hydrolysate), Caffeine Anhydrous, Sweetener (Sucralose), Sabroxy® (Oroxylum indicum), Colouring, SalidroPure™ (Salidroside), AstraGin® (Astragalus membranaceus and Panax notoginseng Root). Fizzy Cola Bottles, Fizzy Bubblegum Bottles and Lemon Fizz Bombs also contain Sodium Bicarbonate. Colouring varies by flavour (Red Beetroot, Caramel E150c, Brilliant Blue FCF or Beta Carotene).

How to Use
Start with one scoop (10.5g) in 250–350ml of water, 20–30 minutes before training, to assess your tolerance. Experienced users can take two scoops (21g) the same way. Do not take more than two scoops in 24 hours.
High caffeine content (200mg per scoop, 400mg per two scoops). Not suitable for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or anyone sensitive to caffeine. Do not combine with other sources of caffeine. Do not use within 5 hours of sleep.
