If whey doesn't sit well with you, or you just want to try something different, Per4m Egg Protein 900g is the easy place to start. It's an egg white protein powder with 21g of protein per 30g scoop and no dairy ingredients. Egg white is a complete protein, with all nine essential amino acids.
The 30-serving tub lets you try a flavour before committing to the bigger size. It's made with coconut oil powder and MCTs for a creamier texture, mixes with water, milk or plant milk, and works well in baking.
Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.

How to Use
Mix one 30g scoop with 200–250ml of cold water or your milk of choice and shake well. It's also good in protein pancakes, brownies and overnight oats.
