Per4m Plant Protein (formerly Per4m Vegan Protein) is a plant-based protein powder made from pea and rice protein isolate, developed with vegan athletes to support muscle growth on a plant-based diet. Each 30g scoop gives you 21g of protein for around 120 calories, with low carbs, low fat and under 1g of sugar.
It's free from dairy, gluten and soya, so it suits vegans, vegetarians and anyone avoiding dairy. Plant proteins can be gritty or chalky, so Per4m put a lot of work into the taste and texture, and the range comes in plenty of dessert-style flavours. It mixes into a shake with water or plant milk, or you can blend it into smoothies and stir it into oats.

How to use
Mix 1 scoop (30g) with 200–250ml of water, depending on your preferred consistency, in a shaker or blender. Use 1–2 servings daily.
Ingredients (typical): Plant protein matrix (pea protein isolate, rice protein isolate), flavouring, salt, thickeners (guar gum, xanthan gum), sweetener (sucralose). Chocolate flavours also contain cocoa powder.
Allergens: Made in a facility that handles milk, gluten, soya, egg, celery, mustard, sulphites, fish, crustaceans, peanuts and nuts. May contain traces. Check the label of your chosen flavour.
