Description
Overview
21g of egg white protein per scoop. No dairy ingredients.
Per4m Egg Protein is an egg white protein powder for anyone who wants a high-quality protein without whey. Egg white is a complete protein, containing all nine essential amino acids, and there are no dairy ingredients in the formula, so it's a good option if whey doesn't agree with you.
Each 30g scoop gives you 21g of protein for 118 calories. It's made with coconut oil powder and MCTs (medium-chain triglycerides) for a creamier texture, comes in Per4m's dessert-style flavours, and bakes well in protein brownies, muffins and pancakes.
The 1.8kg tub gives you 60 servings, so it's the better-value size if egg protein is already part of your routine. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.
