Aminogex is a combined EAA/BCAA hydration formula — rather than choosing between amino acids and an electrolyte drink, this covers both in one scoop. Each serving delivers 10g of EAAs and 7g of BCAAs, alongside pharmaceutical-grade chelated electrolytes (TRAACS® minerals) for hydration, plus 1.25g of Betaine, an ingredient studied for its role in power, strength, and muscle growth.

Why both EAAs and BCAAs matter
BCAAs (leucine, isoleucine, valine) are three of the nine essential amino acids, but taken alone they don't provide everything your body needs for muscle protein synthesis — a full EAA profile does. Aminogex includes both: the complete EAA spread covers the full amino acid picture, while the additional BCAAs on top (dosed separately at 7g) target the three most studied for muscle recovery specifically. This dual approach is more complete than a BCAA-only product, without leaving out the ingredients BCAA formulas built their reputation on.

Built-in hydration
The TRAACS chelated electrolyte blend is designed for higher bioavailability than standard electrolyte forms, aimed at replacing what's lost through sweat during training — sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium — making this usable as a standalone intra-workout drink rather than needing a separate hydration product alongside it.

Best for: intra-workout sipping through longer or higher-volume sessions, post-workout recovery, or as an amino acid top-up on non-training days.

How to use: mix 1 scoop with 8–16oz (roughly 240–470ml) of water, adjusting to taste. Can be consumed before, during, or after training, or between meals on rest days — up to 2 scoops per day.
