The original NaughtyBoy Menace is the pre-workout that put the brand on the map. It has nine ingredients, including three patented ones (Alpha Zone®, GlycerSize™ and AstraGin®), plus 350mg caffeine.

How to Use
Mix one serving with cold water and drink 20–30 minutes before training. Break up any clumps before mixing. Do not exceed one serving in 24 hours.
Warning: High caffeine content (350mg per serving). Not recommended for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not combine with other caffeine sources or take within 6 hours of bedtime. Do not use if you have high blood pressure or a heart condition, or take prescription medication. Beta-alanine may cause a harmless tingling sensation.
