Insight Multi-Vit is a broad-spectrum multivitamin and mineral formula covering vitamins A, B-complex, C, D, E and K2, along with minerals including calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron, selenium, iodine, chromium and copper. The serving is 3 capsules, so a bottle of 90 gives you 30 servings.
Important capsule information: this batch uses gelatin capsules, although the product is normally supplied in vegetarian capsules. This batch is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans.

How to Use
Take 3 capsules daily with a meal and water.
Contains iron, which, if taken in excess, may be harmful to very young children. Not suitable for children or for pregnant or breastfeeding women, as this product contains vitamin A. Don't take alongside other multivitamins or supplements containing vitamin A, vitamin D or iron without checking your total intake. Consult your doctor before use if you have a medical condition or are taking medication. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not replace a varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children.
