Description

Overview

Cream of rice, with better texture.

Cream of Carbs™ is a 50/50 blend of finely milled rice and oats. Standard cream of rice does the job, but the texture can be a bit like paste. Adding oats gives it more body, so it feels more like a proper bowl of food. The oats also digest a little more slowly than rice alone, which makes it easier to use across the day, not just around training.

Each 28.5g scoop gives you 20g of carbohydrate and 102kcal, so you can scale it up or down to fit your macros.

Why choose HR Labs Cream of Carbs?

  • 20g carbs per scoop, 102kcal
  • 50/50 rice and oats for a smoother, thicker texture
  • Low sugar: 0.2g per scoop
  • 4 dessert flavours, vegan friendly
  • 80 single scoops or 40 double servings per bag

How to Use

Put 1–2 scoops in a bowl and stir in boiling water until you reach the thickness you like. For the smoothest result, whisk it in a pan on the hob, adding cold water gradually. You can microwave it, but it's easy to overcook, so heat in short bursts and stir between each one. Add protein powder, fruit or nut butter if you like.

Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of young children.
