Overview

Conteh Sports Pre Shred is a high-stim capsule for use while cutting. It combines a strong caffeine dose with focus and thermogenic ingredients, and is designed to go alongside a calorie-controlled diet and regular training.

• Grains of paradise (12.5% 6-paradol): 100mg
• PRO GBB™: 50mg

Allergens: manufactured on equipment that also processes nuts, milk, gluten, eggs, soya, shellfish and peanuts.

How to Use

Assess your tolerance by taking 1 capsule on waking on an empty stomach. Once tolerance is established, take up to 3 capsules on waking. Do not exceed 3 capsules in 24 hours. GBB can cause a harmless warm, sweaty feeling.

Caffeine notice: very high caffeine content (350mg per serving) with additional stimulants. Not suitable for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or anyone sensitive to caffeine. Do not take near bedtime and do not combine with other caffeinated products. If you compete in a tested sport, check the ingredients against your governing body's rules.
