Alpha Neon Neon Dreams (Capsules) is the capsule version of Alpha Neon's night-time formula, combining minerals, calming botanicals and L-tryptophan with no mixing needed.

- Zinc and vitamin B6: vitamin B6 and magnesium contribute to normal psychological function
- Botanicals: ashwagandha, chamomile, lemon balm, valerian and Montmorency cherry

Per 3 capsules:
- Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCl): 1.4mg (100% NRV)
- Magnesium (as magnesium bisglycinate): 188mg (50% NRV)
- Zinc (as zinc citrate): 6mg (60% NRV)
- Ashwagandha root 4:1 extract: 600mg (equivalent to 2,400mg whole)
- Chamomile 10:1 extract: 200mg (equivalent to 2,000mg whole)
- Lemon balm 4:1 extract: 200mg (equivalent to 800mg whole)
- Valerian root 4:1 extract: 200mg (equivalent to 800mg whole)
- Montmorency cherry 30:1 extract: 100mg (equivalent to 3,000mg whole)
- L-tryptophan: 50mg
Capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC).

How to Use
Take 3 capsules with water 30–60 minutes before bed. Do not exceed 3 capsules in a day. Do not drive or operate machinery if you feel drowsy.
