How to Use
Mix one scoop with 250–350ml of cold water and drink 20–30 minutes before training. If you're new to pre-workout, start with half a scoop. Maximum one serving in 24 hours.
Warning: Contains caffeine. Not recommended for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not combine with other caffeine products. Do not use if you have high blood pressure or a heart condition, or take medication. Beta-alanine may cause a harmless tingling sensation.
