How to Use
Take one serving on waking or before bed each day. One serving is enough for most people. At times of higher demand, such as heavy training blocks, you can take a second serving. Do not exceed 2 servings a day.
Once opened, store in the fridge to prevent clumping. If it does clump, the product is still fine to use.
