How to Use
Mix one scoop with 250–300ml of cold water 20–30 minutes before training. If you are new to pre-workouts, start with half a scoop to assess tolerance. Beta-alanine can cause a harmless tingling sensation, and GBB a warm, sweaty feeling. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
Caffeine notice: contains caffeine. Not suitable for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or anyone sensitive to caffeine. Avoid taking within 6 hours of bed and do not combine with other caffeinated products.
Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet. Not suitable for under-18s. Consult your doctor before use if you take medication or have a medical condition.
