A naturally sweetened, all-round pre-workout with a 1:1 caffeine to L-theanine ratio.
Legion Pulse is built as a "daily driver" pre-workout for any type of session: strength, cardio, HIIT or endurance. A full two-scoop serving gives you 350mg caffeine balanced with 350mg L-theanine, plus 8g citrulline malate, 3.6g beta-alanine, 2.5g betaine and 300mg alpha-GPC. It's sweetened and flavoured naturally, with no artificial sweeteners or dyes.
Each scoop is a half serving, so you can start at 175mg caffeine and build up.

How to Use
Start with one scoop in 250–300ml of water, 15–30 minutes before training. If you tolerate it well, increase to two scoops. Do not take more than two scoops a day.
Warning: High caffeine content (175mg per scoop, 350mg per two scoops). Not recommended for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not combine with other caffeine sources and avoid taking it within 6 hours of bedtime. Beta-alanine may cause a harmless tingling sensation.
