Innovapharm Recover EAA is a fully disclosed essential amino acid drink with no proprietary blend. Each 18.5g scoop gives you all nine essential amino acids, the ones your body can't make itself, with 10g of BCAAs in a 2:1:1 ratio and a big 4g combined dose of lysine and threonine. There's also potassium and pink Himalayan salt for hydration, no stimulants and no artificial colours.
It's built for sipping during training, and on rest days you can have it any time. It mixes easily, even with a spoon.

How to Use
Mix one scoop with 475–700ml of water and sip during training. On rest days, have one scoop at any time of day.
