WATTR™ is HR Labs' daily hydration drink. Each 8g serving delivers 1,035mg of elemental electrolytes (potassium, chloride, sodium, calcium and magnesium) from potassium citrate, Aquamin® marine minerals and pink Himalayan salt. It also contains 1.5g taurine, 1g prebiotic fructooligosaccharides and the active forms of three B vitamins.
Vitamins B6 and B12 and folate contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal psychological function. Vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Potassium contributes to normal muscle function, and magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance.
At 40 servings a tub, it's an affordable way to cover hydration on training days, in hot weather or after a heavy sweat.

How to Use
Mix one serving (8g) with 500ml of water. Drink it when you wake up and before or during exercise. Take up to two servings a day.
