Four premium botanicals in one daily capsule formula.
Ride On combines four plant extracts, each a branded or standardised ingredient:
- Pomegranate extract (15:1, standardised to 30% punicalagins), a rich source of polyphenols
- Sol Raiz™ gelatinised maca (Lepidium peruvianum Chacon), grown above 14,000ft in the Peruvian Andes
- CellFlo6™, a double-extracted green tea leaf extract standardised for catechins
- Blackvcube® black ginger (Kaempferia parviflora), standardised to at least 20% polymethoxyflavones
AstraGin® and BioPerine® black pepper extract are added to support absorption. HR Labs designed Ride On for daily use, either split across the day or taken in one go before training.

Ingredients: Pomegranate Extract (Fruit) 15:1, standardised to 30% Punicalagins, Sol Raiz™ Gelatinised Maca Root Powder (Lepidium peruvianum Chacon), CellFlo6™ (Green Tea [Camellia sinensis] Leaf Extract), Blackvcube® Black Ginger Extract (Kaempferia parviflora, min. 20% polymethoxyflavones), AstraGin® (Astragalus membranaceus and Panax notoginseng Extract), BioPerine® (Black Pepper Extract), Flowing Agent (Silicon Dioxide), Anti-Caking Agent (Magnesium Stearate), Capsule Shell (Bovine Gelatine, Colours: Titanium Dioxide, Yellow and Red Iron Oxide, Azorubine/Carmoisine).
Allergens: no allergens in the recipe. Manufactured in a facility that also handles cereals containing gluten, egg, soya and milk. Not suitable for vegetarians (bovine gelatine). Halal certified.
Contains the colour azorubine (E122), which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
How to Use
Take 3 capsules in the morning and 3 capsules 6–8 hours later. Alternatively, take all 6 capsules 45 minutes before training. Drink plenty of water.
Contains green tea extract. Do not take on an empty stomach if you are sensitive to green tea. Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Speak to your doctor first if you take blood pressure, blood-thinning or other prescription medication.
