Each scoop also gives you 500mg vitamin C, which contributes to the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise, and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

How to Use
Mix one scoop (16g) with 300–400ml of water and drink 30 minutes before training. Because it contains no stimulants, you can use it at any time of day.
