How to Use

Assess your tolerance with 1 scoop first. Mix 2 heaped scoops (19g) with 400–500ml of water and drink 20–30 minutes before training. Do not take more than 1 serving in 24 hours. The niacin may cause a harmless, temporary skin flush.

Warning: Contains caffeine (approx. 372mg per serving). Not recommended for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not combine with other caffeine sources and do not exceed 400mg of caffeine a day from all sources. Do not take within 6 hours of bedtime. For experienced users only. Do not use if you have a heart condition or high blood pressure.

Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Keep out of reach of young children. Not suitable for under-18s or pregnant or breastfeeding women. Consult your doctor before use if you take medication or have a medical condition.
