Warning: very high-strength vitamin D. UK guidance is that adults should not take more than 4,000IU (100µg) of vitamin D a day unless advised by a doctor. Long-term use at high doses can cause too much calcium to build up in the body. Do not take with other vitamin D supplements. Contains vitamin K: do not use if you take blood-thinning medication such as warfarin.
