Ingredients: Bulking Agents (Calcium Carbonate, Microcrystalline Cellulose), KSM-66® Ashwagandha Root Extract, Lion's Mane 15:1 Extract, Anti-Caking Agents (Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide), Tablet Coating (Polydextrose, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Maltodextrin, Calcium Carbonate, Guar Gum, Medium Chain Triglycerides), Black Pepper 10:1 Extract.

How to Use
Take 2 tablets a day with a meal and water. If you have a sensitive stomach, start with 1 tablet and build up after a few weeks. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
Warning: contains ashwagandha. Do not use if you are pregnant, trying to conceive or breastfeeding, have a thyroid or liver condition, or take thyroid, sedative or immunosuppressant medication. Do not use if you are allergic to mushrooms.
