Overview
Engineered Muscle ReSync PM is an evening capsule formula made for female bodybuilders, combining minerals, glycine and established botanicals. Take it alone or pair it with ReSync AM for a full morning-and-evening routine.
- 3000mg glycine
- 300mg magnesium – contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal psychological function
- 15mg zinc – contributes to normal cognitive function
- KSM-66® ashwagandha, Meriva® curcumin and holy basil

Per serving (10 capsules):
- Glycine: 3000mg
- Magnesium bisglycinate: 2100mg (300mg magnesium, 80% NRV)
- Zinc bisglycinate: 50mg (15mg zinc, 150% NRV)
- Holy basil leaf extract: 400mg
- KSM-66® ashwagandha root extract: 300mg
- Meriva® curcumin phytosome: 300mg
- Valerian root extract 10:1: 30mg (equivalent to 300mg)
- Black cohosh root extract (2.5% glycosides): 25mg
Made in a facility that handles milk, egg, soya, nuts, wheat and gluten.
How to Use
Take 1 serving (10 capsules) in the evening with your last meal. Start with half a serving to assess tolerance. Do not exceed 1 serving per day.
Warning: Do not use if you are being treated with prescription medication, including blood thinners, without speaking to your GP or pharmacist first. Stop use and seek advice if you experience any adverse effects.
Contains ashwagandha, valerian and black cohosh – do not use if you are pregnant, trying to conceive or breastfeeding, have a thyroid or liver condition, or take sedatives, hormonal, thyroid or immunosuppressant medication. Stop use and see a doctor if you develop signs of liver problems such as yellowing skin or eyes, dark urine or stomach pain.
