Overview
Engineered Muscle ReSync AM is a morning capsule formula made for female bodybuilders, combining inositols, NAC, botanicals and key micronutrients. It's the morning half of a two-part system – take it alone or pair it with ReSync PM.
- 4000mg myo-inositol and 100mg D-chiro-inositol
- 600mg NAC and 200mg R-alpha lipoic acid
- Spearmint, fenugreek, maca and saw palmetto extracts
- Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels
- Folate and vitamin B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue
- 300 capsules – 30 servings

- Fenugreek extract (50% saponins): 500mg

- R-alpha lipoic acid: 200mg
- Saw palmetto extract (45% fatty acids): 160mg
- D-chiro-inositol: 100mg
- Folate (L-5-MTHF): 400mcg (200% NRV)
- Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin): 250mcg (10,000% NRV)
- Chromium (picolinate): 200mcg (500% NRV)
- Selenium (L-selenomethionine): 100mcg (182% NRV)
Made in a facility that handles milk, egg, soya, nuts, wheat and gluten.
How to Use
Take 1 serving (10 capsules) in the morning with breakfast. Do not exceed 1 serving in 24 hours.
Warning: Do not use if you are being treated with prescription medication, including blood thinners, without speaking to your GP or pharmacist first. Stop use and seek advice if you experience any adverse effects.
Do not use if you are pregnant, trying to conceive or breastfeeding, take hormonal medication or contraception, or take blood-glucose-lowering medication. Not suitable if you are allergic to fenugreek or other legumes.
