Conteh Sports ZMg is an evening zinc and magnesium formula using gentle bisglycinate forms, active vitamin B6 (P-5-P) and AstraGin®, taken before bed as part of your recovery routine.
- 220mg elemental magnesium from magnesium bisglycinate
- 11.2mg elemental zinc from zinc bisglycinate
- 10mg vitamin B6 as pyridoxal-5-phosphate
- Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal muscle function
- Zinc contributes to normal testosterone levels in the blood
- Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity

How to Use
Take 3 capsules (1 serving) with water 30–60 minutes before bed.
