Overview
Apex Formulas Intra Hydrate is an intra-workout drink that combines leucine, HMB and betaine with a full electrolyte blend, to support training performance and recovery while keeping you hydrated.
- 2g L-leucine per serving
- 2g HMB per serving
- 1.25g betaine anhydrous
- Electrolytes: Himalayan rock salt, potassium, calcium and Aquamin® magnesium. Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and normal muscle function.
- 60 servings per tub (2 servings a day recommended)

- L-leucine: 2,000mg (4,000mg)
- HMB (calcium anhydrous): 2,000mg (4,000mg)
- Betaine anhydrous: 1,250mg (2,500mg)
- Himalayan rock salt: 1,282mg
- Potassium citrate: 300mg
- Calcium citrate: 150mg
- Dicalcium phosphate: 150mg
- Aquamin® (magnesium): 40mg

How to Use
Mix 1 serving (13g) with 500ml of cold water and sip during training. Take a second serving later in the day. Do not exceed 2 servings a day.
