Insight Vitamin D3 + K2 is a high-strength vitamin D supplement, with 125µg (5,000IU) of vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol and 180µg of vitamin K2 as MenaQ7® menaquinone-7 in each capsule. A bottle of 60 lasts two months.
Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system, the maintenance of normal bones and normal muscle function, and the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium. Vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and to normal blood clotting.

How to Use
Take one capsule daily with a meal and water.
High-strength vitamin D: each capsule provides 125µg (5,000IU) of vitamin D, which is more than the 100µg (4,000IU) a day that UK guidance says adults should not regularly exceed. Don't take it alongside other supplements containing vitamin D, and speak to your doctor or pharmacist before taking it long term.
Do not take if you are on anticoagulant (blood-thinning) medication such as warfarin, unless advised by your doctor, as vitamin K affects blood clotting. Not suitable for children or for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not replace a varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children.
