Engineered Muscle TurboDreamz is a heavy-hitting night-time formula combining minerals, L-theanine and 5-HTP with a long list of traditional evening botanicals. Half a serving is enough for most people.

How to Use

Start with half a serving (4 capsules) 30–60 minutes before bed. Do not exceed 1 full serving (8 capsules) in 24 hours. Do not drive or operate machinery after use.

Warning: Contains 5-HTP – do not use if you take antidepressants or any medication that affects serotonin. Contains ashwagandha and valerian – do not use if you are pregnant, trying to conceive or breastfeeding, have a thyroid or liver condition, or take sedatives, thyroid or immunosuppressant medication. Contains hawthorn – consult your doctor if you take heart or blood pressure medication. Do not combine with alcohol.
