After 2/3 sessions I didn’t notice much, I think because I was only taking 5/10mins before training. However once it was regularly taken and especially taken 15 to 30mins before training, I received the benefits of getting an extra rep/s and biggest factor of not feeling as fatigued. That being said I will definitely cycle this product around a period where my training is going through progressive overload transition to help with either increased weight or set/rep aspect as I feel it’ll help play a part in achieving total volume.
