So i’m 1 week out from shoot, feeling good and energised, waist has reduced and I’m leaning out quite well, had a bit of a wobble on Tuesday due to my son being ill and in hospital, which effected meals etc… but some things you just cant avoid, but he’s back home and on the mend.

Training going very well following plan to the letter, my plan as been designed by an world champion power lifter and i must admit I’m beginning to love leg day again.
