Lets start off with I’m why doing this shoot, I’ve wanted some new images for my website to show that being over 40 and having a full-time job and a family that it is possible to achieve a physique that you desire, by not eating boring foods and living a normal healthy lifestyle, So 4 weeks ago on March 12th i started to reduce sugary treats prep my meals for work and implement the correct supplements and log my training, I’ve seen my physique change throughout the weeks leading up to this week, and now I’m starting to knuckle down and focus on the target ahead Nutrition wise I’ve lowered my carbs and increased my fats this week but still enjoying my foods, when i start seeing changes like this it makes me wonder if i should step on stage again, time to have a think.
